I have strengthened my determination to continue my graduate-level study in bioinformatics when I had realized wet-lab experiments do no suffice for future percision medicine. So far, it has been a great journey in the brief period that I had engaged myself in the filed, and I will continue to dig deeper into the interesting topics with full passion.

Aside from research, I appreciate music of all kinds of genre quite a lot. I would say I am the happiest after finishing my day‘s work, picking up my guitar and heading to the rehearsal room to play with my band.

Drug combination is a therapeutic strategy widely used as it may improve efficacy and reduce side-effect. Since it is impractical to screen all possible drug combinations for every indication, computational methods have been developed to predict new combinations. I am particularly interested in combining multi-omics features for predicting drug combination synergy.
