Dr Jing Li's Lab

During my undergraduate studies in Biochemistry, I developed a strong interest in the increasingly important role of bioinformatics in modern life sciences, particularly in areas such as transcriptomics and proteomics. This interest led me to join Lilab for my graduate studies in Bioinformatics. After beginning as a master's student, I transitioned to the Ph.D. program, where I'm continuing to explore computational approaches to biological questions and deepening my research in bioinformatics.

Outside of research, I enjoy a variety of activities that keep me active and inspired. In my spare time, I like travelling and exploring new places, as well as capturing interesting moments and scenes through photography. I also enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, swimming, and tennis. In addition, calligraphy has been a long-standing interest of mine, and I still enjoy practicing it from time to time.
