Introduction

I am currently pursuing a master’s degree in Bioinformatics. During my undergraduate years, I devoted most of my time to molecular-biology experiments. These experiences convinced me that bioinformatics now plays an indispensable role in biological research. Learning is an endless uphill climb, and I hope to use the tools of bioinformatics to map still-unexplored territory.

Outside the lab, I love watching musicals, such as Hamilton, Six and Fan Letter. Each performance lets me step into another life for a couple of hours. Additionally, my favorite sport is swimming, because when the water lifts me, the world goes quiet and perfectly still.
