Introduction

I am currently an undergraduate student in Bioinformatics and will begin my Ph.D. studies next year. During my undergraduate studies, I have focused on computational biology and spatial transcriptomics, gaining hands-on experience in algorithm development and omics data analysis. Motivated by the transformative potential of modern AI, I plan to focus my doctoral research on proteomics, particularly on developing and applying deep learning architectures and foundation models to better understand protein representations, interactions, and the molecular mechanisms underlying cellular processes.

Outside of research, I value maintaining a healthy balance between mind and body. Regular workouts and badminton are important parts of my routine, helping me stay physically active while also giving me a chance to recharge. In quieter moments, I enjoy film photography. The deliberate pace and distinctive texture of analog photography have taught me patience and encouraged me to notice the subtle details of everyday life.
