Introduction

My name is Xinyue Wu and I'm a bioinformatics master student in Li lab. My previous research experience in molecular biology field made me realize how bioinformatics can significantly help researchers by extracting valuable insights from vast amounts of data. Motivated by this realization, I'm now working on multi-omics-driven data mining.

Outside of research, I'm an amateur naturalist and mainly focusing on local birds. Their incredible diversity and beauty always amazed me with the wonders of nature. Also, I enjoy swimming, anime and I'm leaning some Spanish!
