Introduction

I am currently a M.Sc. Student in Li-lab. During my 4-year-long undergraduate life, I have formed a bond with bioinformatics. I felt very lucky that I came to SJTU and could continue my study in bioinformatics in my graduate life. The way ahead is long; I see no ending, yet high and low I’ll search with my will unbending.

I will spend my time in some “extracurricular activities” outside the laboratory. Running is my favorite sport and it really helps to release my pressure after heavy workload and disturbing trivia in my daily life. After coming to SJTU, I also fell in love with swimming and badminton. I decide to do more physical exercise in my graduate life!

My Research Interests

With the development of high-throughput sequencing technology, some previously unobserved relationships between microorganisms and cancer have been gradually discovered. I am particularly interested in find the microbiome in tumors with newly-developed multi-omics research method. I believe that this will help the scientists and physicians to grasp a better understanding of screening, diagnosis and treatment of cancer.
